He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary and Howard Hartley, Sr.; and his siblings, Frank Hartley and Kathleen Catino. He is survived by: his wife Laurel; his children, Matthew and Margo; his granddaughter Annabelle; his siblings, Susan Dambra (Bart), Paul Hartley, Gorman Hartley (Pam), Mary Balonek, Peter Hartley, Ann Zawicki (Joe) and Eileen Vincent (Steve); and his siblings-in-law, Gretchen Duffy (Charley) and James Catino (Darcy). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, a trust fund has been established for Annabelle Shutter-Hartley's future education.
