It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Fred Douglas Lowe III of Spring, Texas, born in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, who passed away on July 13, 2021, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his father Fred Douglas Lowe Jr.; his stepmother Leta Jackson; his wife Donna Lowe; his sister Dorothy Lowe; his children, April Watson of Tomball, Texas and Austin Lowe of San Jose, California; his grandchildren, Grant Watson of Tomball, Texas and Bella McKenna of Santa Cruz; his son-in-law Scott Watson of Tomball Texas; his sister-in-law Dianna Sergeant of Lexington, Kentucky; and his nieces, Stacey Middleton of Lexington, Kentucky and Kristen.
