It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara Laverne Hill in Spring, Texas, born in Paris, Texas, who passed away on January 3, 2021, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Shew and Elizabeth Shew; her husband Bill Hill; and her siblings, Stuart, Tony Shew and JoAnne Hopkins.

She is survived by: her former husband Billy Joe Hill; her sons, Tim Roberts and Rick Roberts (Wanda); her sisters, Billie Dunn, Kandace Barnett (David) and Lisa Preston (John); and her partner Sasha. She is also survived by six grandchildren, five great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.
