He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Louise Meadows and Leonard Hatfield Meadows; and his siblings, Jeffrey Leonard Meadows and Brenda Meadows. He is survived by: his wife Linda Meadows; his son Jesse Meadows; his brother John Pendleton; and his nieces and nephews, Janet Brown, April Pendleton, Josh Pendleton and John Robert Pendleton. He is also survived by numerous great nieces, nephews, and family.
