It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Billy Oscar Simpson of Splendora, Texas, who passed away on September 29, 2021, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Jerry Kelly Simpson and Margaret Lou McWhorter; and his siblings, Jerry Kelly Simpson, Bobby Simpson and Betty Lou Jamison.
He is survived by: his wife Judy Simpson; his children, Rick Simpson (Christa), William Simpson (Dee), Rhonda Beagle (Michael) and Macra Cano (Harold); his brother Allen Simpson (Judy); his brother-in-law Larry Jamison (Barbara); his grandchildren, Kellye Dickens (Ross), Tiffanie Karnes (Austin), Ricky Simpson, Taylor Beagle, Caitlin Cano and Josh Cano; and his great grandchildren, Alex, Lillie Dickens, Cole, Madison and Tripp Karnes.
In lieu flowers, the family asks that donations be made to a charity of your choice.
