She was predeceased by: her parents, Buster McCollum and Edna Sue McCollum; her husband Captain Joe E. Lowe; her sister Eddie Jean Grigg of Tennessee; and her great grandchild Ryan Dethlefs.
She is survived by: her brother Gary McCollum (Barbara); her children, Gary Lowe (Becky), Kathy Giggleman (Gene) and Karen Hoover (Joe); her grandchildren, Sarah Cavanaugh (Christopher), Kristin Giggleman Burns (Heath), Katherine Rinewalt (Daniel), Jennifer Sparks (Ben), Joshua Lowe, Lauren Dethlefs (Ben), Eli Hoover (Brittany), Melanie Baker and James Dietz; and her great grandchildren, Avery, Sadie, Ethan, Kayleigh, Allison, Jack, Lucy, Louise and Baby Girl Hoover. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
