He was loved and cherished by many people including: his son Nikky Carter; his brother Troy Carter (Nancy); his children, Mikki Lynn Wallen, Tab Carter (Jeanie), Todd Carter (Denise), Tonja Starnes, Shannon Timmons (Zach) and Tina Morales (Clarence); his grandchildren, Tyler Carter, Tuff Skains, Robbie Carter (Jan), Todd Carter Jr. (Julie), Justin Carter, Travis Carter (Shelbi), Maddie Carter, Karlee Starnes and Trevor Starnes; and his great grandchildren, Cameron Skains, Quinnia Skains, Jaydyn Skains, Mac Carter, Mae Carter, Ethan Carter and Tripp Carter. He was also cherished by his children, grandchildren and great- grandchildren.
