He is survived by: his wife Sra; his children, Miroslava Araujo (Abel Araujo), Daniel Talamantes Jr., Elvia Denise Talamantes and Yanneli Talamantes; his siblings, Benito Talamantes and Irene Perez Talamantes; and his grandchildren, Naaraheli Araujo-Lopez, Janice Araujo, Oneida Saned Talamantes, Miroslava Araujo, Nery Castillo, Yren Castillo, Luz Maria Talamantes, Jacob Ramirez and Ofelia Lopez.
