He was predeceased by: his parents, James Houston Rowe and Ruby Frances Rowe; and his brothers, James "Butch" Rowe and Chester Rowe. He is survived by: his children, Ashley Ruby-Marie Rowe and Anthony Javaris Rowe; his siblings, Albert Rowe (Cora) of Tacoma, WA, Reggie Rowe (Lora Ann) of Houston, TX, Robert Rowe of Pearland, TX and Marcia Rowe of Rosharon, TX; his sisters-in-law, Joyce Rowe (Butch), Veronica Rowe (Chester), Joanne Rowe (Chester) and Sherrie Rowe (Robert); and his friends, Randi McGowan and Pearl Fitzpatrick. He is also survived by nieces nephews, and a host of other relatives and friends.
