She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Davis Jr. and Versie B. Davis; and her siblings, Earnest Nix Jr., Terry Lee Davis, Richard Brooks, Leornard Davis, Robert Davis, Katie Davis and Beatrice Davis.
She is survived by: her former husband Milton Ellis; her children, Valencia Davis of Somerville, TX and Jasmin Ellis (Natalie) of Caldwell, TX; her sister Annie Hornsby of Bryan, TX; and her sister-in-law Ola Davis of Somerville, TX. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
