He is survived by: his brother David Shaw; his nephews, Ben Shaw, Joshua Shaw and Chris Shaw; his daughter-in-law Cindy Lee; his grandchildren, Russell Lee (Ashley), Erica Dyal (Justin), Klif Lee, Brandi Collier (Matt), Jennifer Lee, Shelly Kniffin (John), Trina Hines (Jeff), Jeremy Lee (Rachael), Justin Lee and Laura Lee; and his close friend Cathy Whitten. He is also survived by 20 great grandchildren.
