He is survived by: his wife Vicky Bell of Snyder, TX; his children, Brandi Ubando (Toby) of Snyder, TX and Bill Bell of Rayville, LA; his grandchildren, Sydney Ubando of Snyder, TX and Kylie Collier (Todd); his great grandchild Kallon Bell of Abilene, TX; and his sisters, Sherrell Johansson of Snyder, TX and Lana Galloway (Bill). He is also survived by Numerous Nieces and Nephews A host of friends.
