He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Jesus Hinojos and Louisa Hinojos (Gonzales); his former wife Linda Ramirez; his siblings, Yolanda Hinojos, Viola Hinojos, Ernestina Hinojos Fitzgerald and Isrrael Hinojos (Josephine); his grandchildren, Bianca Baldoza, Lalia Hinojos, San Antonio, Brielle Hinojos of San Antonio, TX, J. Hinojos, Kiesha Hinojos Arreola, Alexis Hinojos and Makayla Hinojos of Austin, TX; his great grandchildren, E. J. Baldoza, Natali Baldoza, Sofia Baldoza, Matthew Arreola and Aiden Arreola of Highland, CA.; his wife Louisa; and his daughter Veronica Hinojos.
Gilbert's request is that friends and family buy groceries for a needy family or a donation in Gilbert's name to his favorite charity: St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
