He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernon O. Culpepper and Lovie L. Culpepper (Roe); and his brothers, Benny L. Culpepper and Tommy R. Culpepper. He is survived by: his wife Paula Culpepper of Snyder, TX; his daughters, Kathy York (Wayne) of Snyder, TX, Cynthia Rutledge (John) of Burleson, TX and Linda Levell (Harry) of Ashville, NC; and his sister Donna Maxwell of Georgetown, TX. He is also survived by 8 Grandchildren 14 Great Grandchildren.
The family asked that donations in his memory be made to Scottish Rite Children's Hospital at 2222 Welborn Street, Dallas, Texas 75219.
