He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Allie and Audry Cockrell Talbott; his sons, Steve and Stan Talbott; and his sister Juanelle Thomsen.
He is survived by: his wife Anita Patterson Talbott; his daughters, Stacy Walker of Fort Worth and Lisa Beck (Brent) of Midland; his daughter-in-law Jana Talbott of Fort Worth; his grandchildren, Thomas Talbott (Christina) of Midland, John Talbott (Kendall) of Dallas, Aaron Talbott (Kelsey) of Snyder, Chase Talbott (Kaleigh) of Fort Worth, Michael Talbott (Kyleigh) of Arlington, Blair Beck (Brenna Moss) of Midland, Connor Beck (Savanna) of Midland, Stephanie Talbott of Austin and Ambria Walker of Lubbock; his great grandchildren, Garrett, Colby Talbott of Midland, Amelia, Cloyce Whittenburg Talbott of Dallas, Collin Allan, Carlisle Talbott of Fort Worth, Tatum Talbott of Snyder, Tate and Tripp Talbott of Arlington; his friend Dr. James Burleson; and his caregivers, Rylan Sanchez, Sheila Garcia, Whitney Brown, Amelia Estrada, Heather James, Juliet Soltero and Comfort Keepers. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
