He is survived by: his former spouse John "Johnny" Nell Johnson; his children, Sharla and Billy; his wife Darlene Kirkpatrick; his children, Nathan (Cindy Mathis) of Snyder, His and Denby (Barry Chaney) of Star; and his grandchildren, Machea (Gabriel Hernandez), Heath (Tyra Mathis), Aubrey (Duke Washmon) and Misty (Joe Thomason). He is also survived by His 11 great grandchildren, 2 great-great grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
