She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Baetz and Elsie Baetz (Davis); her husband Billy G. Stanton; and her sister Alma Geyer. She is survived by: her children, Shirley O. Stanton (Mike Godfrey) of Shepherdstown, Michael L. Stanton (Tina) of Bridge City and Glenda S. Delano (Roray) of Silsbee. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
She devoted her life to charity work through the ministerial alliance in Bridge City and serving as a prayer warrior for all those around her, whether she knew them or not.
