He is survived by: his wife Teresa Terry; his children, Deanna Coates (John) of Sour Lake, Christopher Westfall of Lumberton, Marcos Avila of North Dakota, Maxwell Avila of Silsbee, Michelle Shelton (Kevin) of Lumberton, Mallory Scott (Jordan) of Baytown and Mariah Paulus (Daniel) of Sour Lake; and his cousins, Janice Terry of Bardwell, Kentucky, Terry Hayes (Pam) of Bardwell, Kentucky and Lynn Hambrick (Charles) of Bardwell, Kentucky. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren.
