It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Judy Ann Hooks of Silsbee, Texas, who passed away on April 5, 2023, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Thomas Joe Wallace Mullins and Edilda Elizabeth (Durham); and her children, Carolyn Little (Tommy), Rayburn Hooks, Jr. (Jennifer), Elizabeth Jordan (Lee), Willie Hooks (Lydia Rodriguez), Donna Nelson (Linn) and Toney Hooks. She was also cherished by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
