He was predeceased by: his parents, Winnie Robicheaux Blanchard and J. O. Blanchard; and his brother Robbie Blanchard. He is survived by: his wife LaVerne Blanchard; his daughters, Melissa Blanchard of Beaumont, Crystal Kruttlin (Scott) of Lumberton and Amber Putnam of Clearlake; his stepsons, Dewayne Hicks of Silsbee and Brian Martin (Courtney) of Silsbee; and his sister Judy Biscamp of Silsbee. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren; two great-grandchildren.
