He was predeceased by: his parents, JoNell Simpson Fountain and Bobby Lee Fountain. He is survived by: his siblings, Mark Fountain (Penny) of Silsbee, Jolee Fountain of Silsbee and Susan Fountain of Silsbee; his niece Amanda Eddins (Roy Chad) of Colmesneil; his nephews, Cody Fountain of Silsbee and Chris Treece of Liberty; his great-nieces, Kingsley and Aubrey; and his great-nephew Conner.
