He was predeceased by: his parents, Louise Brewster Woods and Grover Cleveland Woods; his son Johnny Keith Woods; and his sister Shirley Jean Woods. He is survived by: his wife Marlene Woods; his sons, Michael Scott Woods of Phoenix and James Gregory "Greg" Woods (Danielle) of Lumberton; and his grandchildren, Kalli Woods, Sophia Woods, Justin Woods, Tyler Woods, Lincoln Woods and Liam Woods.
