He was predeceased by: his parents, Jacqueline Blackwell and Richard Warren Collier; his wife Patsy Perry Collier; his grandson Jay Collier; his siblings, Suzanne Golden and Richard "Dickie" Collier; and his son Jess Collier.
He is survived by: his grandson Wesley; his son Perry Collier (Jodi) of Birch Tree, Missouri; his grandchildren, Richard Wesley Collier (Vanessa), Dustin Price (Lindsey) and LeeAnn Lewis (Adam); and his great grandchildren, Madison Reese Collier, Jordan Lewis, Jett Price and Duke Price. He is also survived by numerous cousins; and a host of other loving relatives and friends.
