He was predeceased by: his parents, Sarah Piniece Seal and James Grantham of Washington. He is survived by: his wife Geraldine Grantham; his daughters, Cathy Parks (Gary) of Lumberton and Melinda Stanton (Randy) of Silsbee; his stepson Patrick Ryan (Stephanie) of Silsbee; his grandchildren, Jason (Charla), Mary (Steven), Cristy, Laura (Craig), Michael, Sara (Josh) and Brady; his great grandchildren, Mya, Brittan, Alison, Brooklyn, Luke, Andy, Sam and Stevie; and his close friend Steven Caraway. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and a host of other relatives and friends.
