With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Gayla Dawn McKee of Silsbee, Texas, who passed away on March 9, 2022 at the age of 72. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Nellie Honeycutt Ashworth and Willie Ashworth; and her siblings, Leslie Ashworth and Barbara Sue Ashworth. She is survived by: her husband Steve McKee; her daughter Dawn Massingill (David) of Highlands; her granddaughter Faith Massingill; and her mother-in-law Dessie McKee of Silsbee. She is also survived by numerous other extended family and friends.
