He was predeceased by: his parents, Virginia Green McNeely and John Henry McNeely; his daughter Lisa McNeely; and his siblings, John McNeely, Claudia Carter and Judy Pina.
He is survived by: his wife Billie McNeely; his son Elvin Dewayne McNeely, Sr. (Shelly); his grandsons, Dewayne McNeely, Jr. (Meagan), Chance Swice, Eric Swice (Jesica), Ricky Swice (Candace) and Jimmy Knighten; and his siblings, Milton McNeely (Ruth) and Bonnie Droddy. He is also survived by eleven great-grandchildren.
