He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Mary Octa and Peyton Savin Carnes; his former wife Sally Mugler Carnes (Sarah Lynn) of Perry, Oklahoma.; his siblings, John W. Carnes and Sharon Carnes Renfro; his wife Jane Spears Carnes; his children, Lynn Carnes Pitts (Russ), Leigh Carnes Bradburn (Jim) and Matt Carnes Drew Carnes (Teri); his stepchildren, Amy Spears, Jimmy Spears (Elisa) and John Spears (Allison); his grandchildren, Jennifer Maneely, Luke Carnes, Zack Carnes, Jake Carnes, Ian (Lindsay), Kyle Bradburn, Haley, Savin Carnes, Jackson, Will Spears, Matthew, Katie, John, Hannah Jane, Sarah, Moses Spears, Wilson and Sydney Spears; and his great grandchildren, Turner and Leigh Bradburn. He was also cherished by his sons and grandsons and an occasional granddaughter.
