He was predeceased by: his parents, E. L. McWhorter and Braden McWhorter; his sister Betty Lynn Wagner; and his brother-in-law Charles Wagner. He is survived by: his niece Karen; his pet Hendricks of Roswell, NM; his nephew Dana Wagner of Roswell, NM; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Russell Hendricks, Kelsey, Blu Stoneman, Braden and Caleb Widener. He is also survived by 2 great great nieces, 1 great great nephew and several cousins.
