She is survived by: her children, Omar Acosta (Monica), Carlos Acosta and Trisha Forsythe (Mark); her grandsons, Jacob Acosta, Diego Urrutia and Linc Urrutia; and her siblings, Josie Williams, Francisco Acosta and Luciano Acosta. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
