He was predeceased by: his parents, Jose Rodriguez and Ofelia Cuellar; his grandfather Hilario Cuellar; his grandson Bryan Sepeda; his aunts, Eudelia Cuellar and Andrea Cuellar; his uncle Eliasar Cuellar; his niece Michelle Rodriguez; and his nephew David Ybanez.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Rodriguez; his children, Manuel Rodriguez Jr., Lisa Teneyuque (Rick) and Delia Rios (Edward); his siblings, Betty Grace (Tom), Joe C Rodriguez (Priscilla), Olivia Jackson and Ofelia Ybanez; and his stepgranddaughter Tracy Le (Derek).
