It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Louis Nelson Cox of Sealy, Texas, who passed away on October 12, 2023, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Cox and Edith Cox (Smith); his wife Dorothy; and his brother Lloyd (Ken Cox). He is survived by: his children, Pam Grueber (Roy) and Ed Cox (Katie) of Chappell Hill; his sister-in-law Velma Cox of Guthrie; his nephew John Cox of Guthrie; his niece Marilyn Callis of Oklahoma City; his brother-in-law Dale Hannah of Norwich; his grandchildren, Chad Grueber (Tonya) of Mobile, Eric Gruber (Mandi) of Lake Charles, Melanie Koy (Thomas) of Sealy and Jason Cox of Wharton; and his great grandchildren, Alyssa Martin (Jonathon), Adam Grueber, Bailey Koy, Kinsley Koy, Braden Koy and Kasen Koy.
