He was predeceased by: his parents, Andy Terrell and Nettie Driver; his wife Sheila Ann Terrell; his stepfather Don Porter; and his siblings, Donald Lee Terrell and Helen Hall.
He is survived by: his sons, Gary (Sheba Terrell) of Denison and David Terrell of Denison; his grandchildren, Stephanie Terrell of Denison, Bradley (Melissa Terrell) of Sherman and Aubree Handy (Kyle); and his great grandchild Lilah Kate Handy. He is also survived by numerous nephews, nieces and friends.
