She was predeceased by: her parents, Apolonio Sanchez and Juanita Perez Sanchez; her husband Manuel Badillo, Jr.; and her siblings, Evaristo Sanchez and Maria Aguinaga.
She is survived by: her children, San Juanita Alaniz (Armando) of La Feria, TX, Jorge Badillo (Kim) of Pelahatchie, MS, Manuel Badillo III (Sandra) of Santa Rosa, TX and Rene Badillo (Rosie) of Santa Rosa, TX; and her sisters, Aurora Perez and Petra Garza. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 18 great grandchildren; 3 great great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Trinity Funeral Chapel (1002 E Harrison Ave, Harlingen, TX 78550). A rosary will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Mary's Catholic Church (101 San Antonio Ave, Santa Rosa, TX 78593).
