He was predeceased by: his mother Ruth Snodgrass; and his grandfather John Sapp. He is survived by: his father Robert Dale Sapp Sr.; his son John Everett Sapp of Sanger, Texas; his grandmother Nina Sapp of Sanger, Texas; his siblings, Amanda Hotella (Tanner) of Choctaw, OK, Brittany Danielle Pruett (Sapp) and Mike Smith, Jr. (Daria) of Clinton, AR; his nieces and nephews, Ashlynn, Sophie, Preston Hotella, Jaden, Charm, Braden Smith, Sterlynn Devenport and Madilynn Meers; his aunt Donna Snodgrass Charles Snodgrass (Tutus); his uncles, Bryan Sapp and Dewey Snodgrass; his cousins, Michael Lynn and Karen; his close friends, Kimberly Sprabeary, Brynn Fox and Glen Coulverson; and also Kaelynn Hotella.
The family requests that instead of flowers, memorial donations be made to Texas Cowboys Against Cancer.
