He is survived by: his daughters, Andraea Barrett (Tim) of Bullard, TX and Devlynn Hoffman (Jamie) of Sanger, TX; his stepdaughters, Heidi Jentz and Stacy Gullikson of Rockford, IL; and his grandchildren, Cody Hoffman, Kahla McDonald, Sabrina Johns, Brooke McDonald, Caity McDonald and Blake Hoffman. He is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
