He was predeceased by: his wife Leeann Marie Ramirez; his brother Ron Ramirez; his nephew Jose Cruz Garza; his grandparents, Gilberto and Irma Ramirez; his aunts, Benita Salazar and Diana Guerra; and his uncle Orlando Ramirez.
He is survived by: his children, Jonathan Ramirez, Brandon Ramirez, Layne Ramirez Josylee Ramirez and Lennon Ramirez; his parents, Maria Del Rosario and Felipe Ramirez Sr.; his siblings, Annabel Ramirez (Rolando Uresti), Francisco Ramirez, Cynthia Ramirez and Isabel Ramirez (Juan Alvarado); and his grandparents, Ramona and Atanacio Gonzalez. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
