He is survived by: his wife Oralia Salinas; his children, Marcelino Salinas, Richard Salinas (Flor), Monica Salinas (Ramiro Rangel), Santos Erica Pineda (Rafael), Billy Joe Salinas, Jesse Salinas and Jessica Guajardo (Fernando); and his siblings, Paul Salinas, Matias Salinas, Norberto Salinas, San Juana Rodriguez, Maria Magdalena Rocha, Maria Dolores Barrientos and Martina Gutierrez. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild.
