She was predeceased by: her husband Roel Hernandez Sr.; and her brother Geronimo Perez. She is survived by: her children, Roel Hernandez Jr., Samantha Hernandez, Cassandra Rhodes (Michael) and Lisa Renee Hernandez; and her siblings, Antonio Perez Jr., Rene Perez, Daniel Perez, Selia Garza and Hilda Cepeda. She is also survived by one granddaughter and numerous nieces and nephews.
