He was predeceased by: his parents, Marin A. Perez and Paula R. Perez; and his grandparents, Luis and Gorgonia Reyna. He is survived by: his siblings, Adrian Perez (Diana) of Garland, Texas, Pedro "Pete" Perez (Paula Marie) of Alice, Texas, Mary Perez of San Diego, Texas and Rosa Perez of San Diego, Texas; and his nieces and nephews, Jennifer Perez (Hector), Adrian James Perez (Jessica), Lucinda Quintana, Felicia Rocha (Brandon), Mary Calderon (Mel), Yessenia Sanchez, Xochitl Sanchez and Geraldo Sanchez Jr.. He is also survived by 16 great nieces and nephews; numerous cousins, and Godchildren.

Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic we will be following all CDC and Government mandates and ask each guest to do so as well. We ask everyone to follow social distancing and wear masks inside the funeral home and church.

“Marin's room was across from mind when I taught in Alice. We talked to each other and laughed between classes. I was involved with the Senior Project and was fortunate enough to go on many trips throughout the United States doing presentations promoting the program with him. A few weeks ago we were on a group text planning to get together again. He was a kind thoughtful friend whom I will miss but always remember his huge smiles and laughs. Rest in Peace my friend until we meet again. Jean”
