She was predeceased by: her parents, Francisco Aguayo and Margarita Aguayo; her husband Jose A. Hernandez; her daughter Rosa Margarita Ramos; and her sister Irene Aguayo Jimenez.

She is survived by: her children, Jose A. Hernandez Jr. (Idalia), John Eric Ramos (Aurora), Cynthia R. Hernandez, Irene M. Olivares (Tony Garza) and Evangelina Torres (Rodolfo); her siblings, Teodoro Aguayo (Norma) and Angelica Aguayo; and her grandchildren, Shaun Joseph Anthony Hernandez, Freddie Nunez Jr., Jesus Olivares Jr. (Isela), Steven Olivares, Marc Olivares, John Eric Ramos Jr., Blaze Alexander Ramos, Maddeline Ramos, Victoria Williams, Cori Williams, Eliza Torres and Emma Torres.
