We are sad to announce that on December 29, 2020, at the age of 67, Librado Navarro Jr. (San Diego, Texas), born in Laredo, Texas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Librado Navarro and Concepcion Navarro. He is survived by: his daughter Maria Herrera of Corpus Christi, Texas; and his grandchildren, Victor Lee Herrera and Lauren Isabella Marquez.
