She was predeceased by: her parents, Gilberto Guerra and Aida Guerra; her former husband Jack Miller; her stepfather Rafael Garcia Jr.; her brother Rafael Garcia III; her son-in-law Ty Wong; and her granddaughter Alyssa Byrne.
She is survived by: her husband Arturo Barrera; her children, Kimberly Byrne, Samantha Miller and Jack Miller (Amy); her stepdaughters, Cynthia Barrera, Kristie Lopez (Samuel) and Gabriela Barrera; and her sisters, Itza Rubi Salinas (Eduardo), Patricia Ann Martinez (Daniel) and Roxanne Marie Gonzalez (Arnold).
