It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cuauhtemoc Vera Rios (San Diego, Texas), who passed away on February 17, 2021, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Mauro Rios and Secundina Rios; his sons, Cuauhtemac Rios Jr., Kenneth Rios and Xavier Rios; and his sisters, Carlota and Albesa Rios.
He is survived by: his wife Elvira; his children, Robert Rios Sr. (Esmeralda) of Concepcion, Terry Rios (Ludy) of Sinton, Arvin Pardom of Texas, Bertha Garcia (Juan) of Sinton, Brenda Salone (Charles) of Sinton, Belinda Vasquez (Alfredo) of Sinton, Carlota Saye (James) of Beckville and Estella Ramirez of Arizona; and his siblings, Maximiliano Rios (Concepcion), Mauro Rios Jr. (Delfine), Samuel Rios Sr. (Noelia), Lidia Gutierrez (Elisardo) and Ascencion Rose Houser. He is also survived by 32 grandchildren, 56 great grandchildren, and seven great great grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.
Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic we will be following all CDC and Government mandates and ask each guest to do so as well. We ask everyone to follow social distancing and wear masks inside the funeral home and church.
