She was predeceased by: her parents, Daniel P. Gaitan and Anita Aleman Gaitan; her husband Charles D. Bazan; and her brother Daniel Gaitan, Jr.. She is survived by: her siblings, Adrian A. Gaitan, Ruben O. Gaitan (Urbano Arriaga, Jr.), Frank "Frankie" Gaitan (Monica) and Araceli "Shelly" Ochoa; her stepchildren, Christina Ann Zuniga (Juan), Rita Tsosie (Katrina), Louana B. Guzman (Samuel) and Carlos Bazan (Chelsea); and her friend Veronica E. Garcia. She is also survived by eleven step-grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Due to Covid-19 Pandemic we ask that everyone continue to wear a mask and social distance at the funeral home, church, and cemetery.
