She is survived by: her husband Phillip Power; her daughter Michelle Davis (Brad) of Forney; her granddaughters, Madeleine Davis of Crandall and Caroline Davis of Forney; her brother Frank Morgan (Nanci) of Rusk; and her nephew Scott Morgan (Heather) of Rusk.

Her family requests that in lieu of flowers, memorials be made in Norleine's honor to: Country Roads Rescue, 601 Woodlawn Ave, Jacksonville, Tx 75767.
