He was predeceased by: his parents, James Neely and Margaret Neely; and also, Beverly of Nashville and Patrick of Birmingham, Alabama.. He is survived by: his wife Martha of Rusk; his son Michael Neely (Patsy) of Lewiston, Maine.; his stepson Michael Hayes (Tamme) of Apollo Beach; his grandsons, Brandon Neely, Joey Hayes and Andy Hayes; and his brother Robert Neely (Nancy) of Nashville. He is also survived by his family and friends.
