He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Gerald Lewis and Sybil Lewis; his sons, Wayne and Michael Lewis; his brother Jimmy Fife; his wife Kathy Lewis; his daughter-in-law Cricket Lewis (Wayne Lewis); his children, Sherry Hunt (Stan Hunt), Kelly Mager and Scott Lewis; his daughter-in-law Julia Lewis (Michael Lewis); and his children, Ryan Lewis, Kimberly Fryer (Matthew Fryer), Stephen Lewis (Dianna Lewis), Michelle Manning (Mike Manning), Melanie Kaplan (Jason Kaplan) and Melody Cross. He was also cherished by numerous grandchildren and great- grandchildren.
