With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Bertha Berniece Magruder of Rusk, Texas, who passed away on September 16, 2021 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Charles Calvin Norton; her husband Raymond Magruder; her mother Ethel Norton (Meazle); and her siblings, Charles Lee Norton, Doris McAnally and Marie Lloyd.
She is survived by: her sister Ruby Hudson of Rusk. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Donations may be made to any Veteran's organization or the Rusk Fire Department in lieu of flowers.
