It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Sidney Gervais in Round Rock, Texas, born in New Orleans, Louisiana, who passed away on March 5, 2022, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarita McLaughlin and Sidney Joseph Gervais, Sr.; and his siblings, Claire "Butzie" Hotchkiss, James McLaughlin Gervais and Robert Byrd Gervais.
He is survived by: his wife Laetitia "Tish" Gervais; his brother Neil Francis Gervais; and his children, Sidney Bennett Gervais (Debbie), Joseph Wharton Gervais, John Paul Gervais (Sheri Beth) and Beau James Gervais. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
