He is survived by: his wife Corinne Gail Keeler; his children, Alice Elizabeth (Warren B.) of Pflugerville, Texas. and Eric Mayforth of College Station; his grandsons, Christian Brady Thurber (Hyori) of Converse and Christopher Hayden Thurber of Pflugerville; and his brothers, Rev. C. Richard Mayforth of Clayton and Robert J. Mayforth of St Petersburg, Florida..
